Welcome to The Missions Awareness Team

Reaching the world with the Gospel should be a vision shared by all Christians. Today approximately 4.4 billion people are unbelievers. Does your church have a vision to reach the world's lost? Maybe you have a missions program, but it just isn't effective. In any case, The Missions Awareness Team (MAT) is here to help.

MAT exists to assist pastors and lay leaders in establishing active and effective missions programs in their local congregations. The team is comprised of appointed missionaries and associates. The appointed missionaries serve under U.S. Relations as representatives of Assemblies of God World Missions to assist districts, churches and missionaries to fulfill the Great Commission.

MAT associates come from various backgrounds. Volunteering their time and ministry, they serve with the MAT members and respond to needs, especially in districts and churches in their respective areas.
